During 2022-24 “The Philosopher” has been painted inside and outside, and a new chairs and table set were added to the balcony among other improvements. Roof-leak problems were fixed and a new replacement washing machine was installed. During November 2023 we had a new heat pump installed for better temperature control during the summer and winter periods. In 2025 the refrigerator was replaced.
